At MyLabuan Hosting customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can cancel your service anytime and get back a full refund within the first 30 days of usage or the remaining months of hosting fees after 30 days.

However, for monthly payment, we only refund if you cancel before 14 days.
